Tankkari - Fault report form

Please do report the faults of the apartment or other premises by using this fault report form. The fault reports are handled during working days between 9. am – 4.30 p.m. In urgent matters (plumbing leakage, broken windows) call office phone number +358 40 1817400 (maintenance on call answers after office closing hours)
Please do note that if you select access information to be "no master key" or "ei yleisavaimella" (Finnish equivalent) co-operator will settle the date and time with you for carrying out the repair work. This is done by phone.

To make repairing the fault easier for our co-operation partners, it is advisable to fill in a working phone number. If needed the co-operation company can then ask additional information to fix the fault as effectively as possible.

Kt Oy Tankkari orders the needed maintenance works from the cooperation partner. Thus your contact information might be handed over to a third party (e.g. maintenance company) for time period required to handle the matter.

Due to this, it is extremely important to fill in a working phone number to the fault report form. If your contact information is incorrect or you do not answer the phone, repair work cannot be performed. Note that all the repairs are mainly carried out during the working days between 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. To make the repair work progress smoothly, it is advisable to select the access information to be "master key" or "yleisavain" (Finnish equivalent). It is not necessary for tenant to be present during the repair work.
